Riverchase Lodge - Pigeon Forge

We loved the key location being super close to all the fun attractions! The indoor pool was great for the kids, and they had a blast on the slides. Plus, the front desk staff were really nice and welcoming, which helped lighten the mood!

Our experience was marred by cleanliness issues. The room was gross and had a weird smell, like mold or something. The pools needed a serious scrub down, and the indoor slide looked sketchy. We also found it annoying that there were limited seating options, making it tough to relax. Definitely not what we expected for New Year's!

The room was non-smoking, and the staff was really helpful, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Pool was great, comfortable to sit around. Really nice stay in fairly nice area. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Ihop that was only 15 minutes' walk away.

Location: the hotel was right by the Riverchase for years as well as the parade.

Family with children should look elsewhere

We took our 3yr old grandson to have some fun, and he loved the slide in the pool! I had to jump in and catch him coming down, the kid was having the time of his life!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable given we were on family vacation.

The hotel is in an awesome spot, super close to Dollywood, great! But, the room was kinda gross with a spider in the shower and the sheets didn't look clean. We had a pretty loud night with kids yelling outside. The breakfast was decent, though, so that was a plus.

great access to local attractions and peaceful park walks

I loved being just over a kilometer away from both the Old Mill and beautiful Patriot Park, making it super easy for me to explore the area on foot and soak in the nature around me.

The Queen Room offered a clean environment and very comfortable beds, which contributed positively to the overall experience. The room could have benefited from updated amenities, such as additional furniture and better maintenance, as it felt somewhat basic. The pool area was a highlight, although the hot tub was out of order during the visit.

Just a solid selection for a weekend escape in Pigeon Forge with great value-to-price ratio. The indoor pool and water slide are fun for kids. Make sure to check the appliances in the room before unpacking.

This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, free parking, and great Wi-Fi. The staff once helped me find a lost item, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend this spot! I'm coming back for a city trip.

We had a lovely time at the hotel, especially enjoying the warm indoor pool and the relaxing hot tub after a long day of exploring. Just keep in mind that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but it didn't really put a damper on our fun 🏊
